Protein blender drinks are definitely an athlete's best friend-two scoops of BFS power powder, a little H2O, whirrrr . . . and you're out the door with a tasty meal guaranteed to provide you with everything from the correct macro-nutrient profile right down to the teeniest vitamin and essential amino acid.
Both BFS nutritional supplement powders are made from the dairy byproduct whey. It mixes smooth while providing a complete amino acid spectrum, ensuring that your muscles and health benefit from the protein boost. BFS Whey Protein, with a whopping 50 grams of protein and just 265 calories, is designed to help cut the fat while sparing the muscle you've worked so hard for. For hard gainers, BFS Super Weight Gain packs a powerful 22 grams of protein per shake, with 330 calories. By adding skim milk you increase the calories by approximately 100.
