Normally, infomercials make me gag but I began to watch carefully. Then, something clicked. It wasn t any thing they said but I just realized an important correlation.<br>Which of these three food groups: Proteins, Carbohydrates and fats does a 25-year old bodybuilder concentrate on eating?
